Spiritual Consequences of creating disbalance at workplace

Accumulating powers by those at higher positions and not delivering due rights to those working  below leads to disbalance in emotional state of mind of souls further Leading to opposition and their taking a stand for their basic human rights of a descent standard of living where their basic needs of food ,shelter,clothing,cleanliness, Respect/dignity for their position is fulfilled।

Powers are meant to bring welfare and benefit to all and not to exploit anyone's basic human rights,Right to live,a life of dignify and respect।

When there is an overengagement in work forgetting one's own responsibility towards one's emotional state of mind and physical health  (which remains good only when we pay equal attention to our family/personal lives),then also,we disregard our ownself and gives others the chance to exploit us।Also we distant our loved ones from lives and don't get their love and regard when we need it the most

Other than that if someone who is at higher position influences someone 

with their power and position,tempting them for  promotion & other benefits and make them do more work than they are meant to do then also we are creating a disbalance in their lives (physical,emotional,family )And there is a cost too for it that sooner or later you too have to bear the consequences of their disbalance in the form of getting disturbance in your  physical,emotional and family lives till their lives again come into balance।
