श्रेष्ट  prapti ko samne rakhenge toh tyaag lagega hi nai

Usi mein maza aaega

Ek higher taste develop kar lenge toh doosre taste apne aap chhut jaenge.

Swamaan aur ruhani ishwariye nashe/khushi se bad kar duniya ka koi anand nai..

Ise roz bhinn bhinn murli  points ke dwara anubhav karna hai

Bharpoor aatma kabhi complaint nai karti..kyunki wo complete hai

Anand mein rehne  se budhdhi yog ke liye taiyaar hoti hai

फिर  neend bhi khulti hai. Aur prapti bhi hoti hai
